What You Can Learn By Traveling

What You Can Learn By Traveling
At some Festivals in Japan, they use to carry around a Mikoshi to bless residents and businesses.

Traveling can be used for many different things. It can expand your mind and creativity. Reset your body or maybe you just need some distraction. But one thing is for sure if we don't break the pattern of our day-to-day life, we can't expect much change.

Outside of learning about geography, you will find that every location will give you a feeling. If it's good energy, then you know you always have a place to recharge at.

When staying in the same place too long with the same people, you will start to think and talk the same.  Engage with different people from different cultures and you will soon see that your views and your inner circle have widened.

I am a big believer that humankind is an explorer by birth. Especially if you looking for a rich and glorious life.

Language is something quite interesting. I started with Swedish and Thai. Learned some English, study some Spanish. Forgot how to speak Thai and Spanish. Study some more Thai and started to learn English well. Started to Learn Japanese and forgot to speak Thai again. Language not used regularly tends to disappear. Is it just a waste of time or can we find some benefits?

Learning a language is like learning anything else, sharpening your memory and learning methods to learn better, are always a winner.

Connections and relationships are everything. Traveling allows you to make more ones.
and it also gives you
A deeper understanding of the universe and acceptance of diversity.

The media tend to be scary and put out a picture that the rest of the world is harmful. News companies need money like any other and that is what gets the most views. The world is a beautiful place with tons of wonderful people, so please don't be discouraged before you tried for yourself. With that said, I would still travel with care. Choosing the most dangerous city in the world with all your belongings would probably not be a smart move for your first trip.

Learn about yourself and the person you travel with. In today's world, most of us don't have so much time bouncing work, family, and hobbies.  Give yourself the time to slow down, relax and think together with your partner. This together with new situations and places will give you good opportunities for a deeper understanding of each other.

That you actually don't need much to be happy?
When you travel you often travel quite light and you soon realize that you do not need so many material things. The relationship you strengthen, and the experiences you can reach are just on a higher frequency.

No country is perfect and we have a lot to learn from each other. It can be hard to think about this now when we start to exit the pandemic. And going into a new Euro/Asia war. But by traveling you get to see it much clearer. And it creates ideas about how you can make things better wherever you are.

Rest, reset, create ideas, make energy, have some fun, and come back smarter and stronger.

Being out on the road in a place you have never been before, makes the possibility for mistakes. Learning from these together with the free learning of patience. Sets you up for a better chance to succeed when you settle down.
